Administrative/Accounting Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Hamilton, ON | Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (½-hour lunch)
Starting Wage: $27–$30/hour (based on experience)

About the role
You’ll support day-to-day accounting and office operations at our busy equipment dealership. The ideal candidate brings sharp attention to detail, a helpful phone manner, and the ability to work positively with customers and teammates.

What you’ll do

  • Handle Accounts Payable (vendor invoices, reconciliations, payments)

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (invoicing, deposits, follow-ups)

  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, account entries, and balancing

  • Help answer a multi-line phone system and support front-office needs

What you bring

  • Experience with AP/AR and basic bookkeeping

  • Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through

  • Professional, friendly communication skills—phone and in person

  • A team-first mindset and the ability to see the “big picture” in processes
