Bobcat of Hamilton is seeking a Parts Advisor for our back parts counter! The ideal candidate must have a commitment to customer service excellence, can adapt to a fluid, fast-paced work environment and have a demonstrated ability to be a team player. • Assist Customers in selecting, quoting, and billing required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
• Provide customers with ETA’s on all special-order parts.
• Follows up on back-ordered parts.
• Shipping and receiving
• Maintaining organization of parts stock room and work area
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• 1-3 years of previous customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Minimum OSSD or equivalent (GED). Technical certification from a recognized post-secondary institution would be an asset.
• Knowledge of construction/landscaping equipment is a definite asset.
• Proven track record of effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to undertake necessary training requirements.
• Hard working, dedicated individual with a strong work ethic.
