Bobcat of Hamilton is an authorized dealer of new and used Bobcat compact construction equipment including skid steers, track loaders, compact excavators, telehandlers, utility vehicles and more. We provide service both in the field and in our shop.
Bobcat of Hamilton is seeking a Service Advisor! The ideal candidate must have a commitment to customer service excellence, can adapt to a fluid, fast paced work environment and have a demonstrated ability to be a team player. Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls for an extensive and eclectic client list.
- Liaising with service technicians to monitor progress of repairs and maintain direct contact with customers in the event of any challenges that may arise.
- Ensure emails, phone inquiries and messages are responded to in a prompt and professional manner.
- Possess the capacity to communicate technical information to customers in an understandable manner.
- Checking machines in and out of Dealership.
- Open and close work orders and ensure their accuracy.
Experience
- 1-3 years of previous customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Minimum OSSD or equivalent (GED). Technical certification from a recognized post-secondary institution would be an asset.
- Knowledge of construction/landscaping equipment is a definite asset.
- Proven track record of effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to undertake necessary training requirements.
- Hard working, dedicated individual with a strong work ethic.
